Business moves prove fruitful with 20% sales rise.

Helen of Troy Ltd. said that its fiscal fourth-quarter net income climbed 20% to $29.3 million for the three months ended Feb. 29, 2012, as it benefited from sales of Kaz products and its acquisition of the PUR water-purifier business, according to reports. The company, which makes Vidal Sassoon hair products and other personal care and housewares items, also featured a rise in revenue, which climbed 24% to $294 million.
